Shipping Policy

At Tilda Outdoors, we’re committed to delivering your gear safely and efficiently — whether you're heading to the coast, the bush, or somewhere in between. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Our Shipping Partner
We ship all orders using Pack & Send, a trusted courier network that specialises in handling large and bulky items like our swags.

Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
During peak periods (such as sales, new launches, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
    Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Important: No PO Boxes
Tilda Outdoors does not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All orders must be addressed to a physical residential or business address.

If an order is placed using a PO Box or Parcel Locker:

  • It may be significantly delayed or returned to sender.

  • Any additional shipping costs, delays, or refund complications are the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Large or Split Shipments
Our larger items (such as swags or camp chairs) may ship in separate boxes and may arrive on different days.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers if this applies to your order.

Shipping Issues or Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can sometimes occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Tilda Outdoors is not liable for delays caused by external courier services, but we will advocate on your behalf if an issue arises.
