Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable damage. 1 year warranty is provided on swags. 

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Claims for faulty manufacturer product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product!

Tilda's warranty is specifically applicable to the initial buyer and is not transferable to second-hand owners or products utilised for commercial or hire purposes. Please ensure to retain your original sales receipt as confirmation of purchase. 

Tilda stands behind the quality of our products and, at our discretion, will repair or replace any Tilda product affected by faulty manufacturing or workmanship, including materials, under normal use. If a claim is approved, the product will be appropriately repaired or replaced. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for the return of the product to be repaired/replaced will be the responsibility of the consumer. 

This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and is subject to the following exclusions:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, neglect, alteration, or disassembly.
  2. Damages incurred due to accidents, natural disasters or extreme weather, or other external factors not related to manufacturing or workmanship.
  3. Wear and tear from regular use, including but not limited to scratches, fading, abrasions, damage caused by a snagged or excessively forced zipper, or incorrect set-up or disassembly. 
  4. Any alterations or modifications made to the product without explicit authorization from Tilda. 
  5. Failure to follow recommended maintenance and care instructions provided by Tilda.

Please be aware that due to our status as a small business, we are unable to accommodate changes of mind; hence, we do not provide a change of mind policy. All sales are final.
