Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery of your orders. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase as we have a number of different policies depending on where your order is being delivered.
Local Delivery
For customers within our local Sydney delivery zone, we offer a local delivery service.
Scope of Delivery Service:
Tilda offers a local delivery service for customers within specified areas on Thursdays. Delivery areas and schedules are subject to change and will be communicated to customers in advance.
Delivery Address Requirements:
Deliveries will only be made to physical addresses within the designated delivery areas. We do not deliver to PO boxes or similar non-physical addresses.
Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery team will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address on the scheduled delivery day. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as absence or inability to access the delivery location, the customer automatically grants authority to leave the package in a designated secure location.
Authority to Leave:
By opting for delivery, the customer grants Tilda Outdoors authority to leave the package at the delivery address in a safe and secure location if no one is available to receive the delivery. The customer assumes all responsibility for the security of the package once it has been delivered according to their instructions.
Delivery Timeframe:
Deliveries will occur on Thursdays within a specified time range, typically between 9am - 5pm. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
Customer Responsibilities:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase. Any changes to the delivery address or instructions must be communicated to the Tilda Team as soon as possible.
Redelivery or Pickup:
If delivery is unsuccessful or if the customer prefers not to grant authority to leave, arrangements can be made for redelivery on a subsequent delivery day or for pickup at a designated location. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
Liability:
Tilda Outdoors is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of packages that occur after delivery has been made in accordance with the customer's instructions. Customers are encouraged to track their delivery and make arrangements to secure their package upon delivery.
Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order with Tilda Outdoors and opting for delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding our local delivery service

Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up orders can be collected from our designated pick-up location at 169 Port Hacking Road, Miranda, NSW, 2228.
Pick-Up Hours
Pick-ups are available exclusively on Fridays during the following time slots:
11:00 am to 1:00 pm
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
To collect your order, please ensure you bring your order confirmation with you.
Identification Requirement
For verification purposes, customers are required to present their order confirmation upon pick-up.
We kindly ask all customers to adhere to the designated pick-up hours and requirements outlined in this policy.
Postal Delivery
Please note that due to logistical constraints and shipping costs, we have limited postal delivery to only certain regions. If your area is not listed for postal delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Limited Shipping Areas
Due to logistical constraints, primarily associated with the size of our products, our shipping areas are currently limited. Due to this, postal delivery services only occur within select postcodes in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and the NSW Mid-North Coast. To check your postcode eligibility, input your post code at checkout.
Dispatch Timeframe
Orders are processed and dispatched within a timeframe of 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Details and Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive comprehensive shipping details, including tracking information, allowing them to monitor the progress of their delivery.
Signature Requirement
For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of the order.
Third-Party Courier
We utilise the services of a third-party courier to facilitate the delivery process, ensuring reliability and timeliness. If you have any concerns with the delivery process or need to claim warranty due to damage during delivery, please reach out to us at hello@tildaoutdoors.com.au, and we will assist you.
Shipping Warranty
All products are covered by a shipping warranty, providing assurance and protection throughout the shipping process.
Custom Shipping Quotes
If you find that your location is not covered by our standard shipping options, we offer custom shipping quoting.
- Reach Out: Contact our customer service team at hello@tildaoutdoors.com.au to request a custom shipping quote. Provide us with your shipping address and details of the products you wish to purchase.
- Courier Assessment: We will consult with our trusted courier partners to determine the best shipping options available for your location.
- Quote Provision: Once we receive the shipping quote from our courier partners, we will provide you with the details, including estimated delivery times and associated final costs.
- Decision Making: You can then review the shipping quote and decide whether you would like to proceed with the purchase. We understand that shipping costs may be a concern, and we strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing.
- Confirmation: If you choose to accept the custom shipping quote, we will organise processing of your order and coordinate the shipment accordingly. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
It's important to note that custom shipping quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis and may not always be feasible depending on logistical constraints. However, we are dedicated to exploring all options to accommodate your needs and get our products to you in a timely manner.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen, your location, and product availability. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but please allow for additional time during peak seasons and holidays. Please bear with us, and allow between 5-10 days for dispatch once your order is confirmed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as the shipping method selected, package weight and dimensions, and delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed for your order during the checkout process before finalising your purchase.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders, unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a replacement or refund process. For lost shipments, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
